Purpose of the role:

This role is all about delivering excellent customer service to our customers through a multi skilled team. As a Customer Service Executive in our Customer Service Team you will communicate with customers through methods such as Web Chat, Inbound calls, email and text message.

The aim is to deliver outstanding customer service to customer contacting us through our inbound channel, drive sales through service and manage customer queries promptly.

Job Role:

 Experience/Skills:

 Deliver targets set out by the business

• Deliver outstanding customer service for all customers
• Drive sales through service
• Accurately update CRM systems
• Provide feedback to business stakeholders to support continuous improvement
• Follow company compliance guidelines when selling to customers
• Resolve customer complaints and provide the business feedback where applicable
• Manage new and exciting business campaigns in line with business strategy

The Person

• Cares about delivering great customer service
  • Experienced at delivering sales targets
  • Capable of using MS programs (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Experienced at updating CRM systems
  • A forward thinking problem solver who takes pride in their work
  • Extremely motivated and takes pride in their work
  • Experienced at working a fast paced call centre environment
